Whats a good all-around suspension setup?

Whats a good all-around suspension setup?

Sup guys i got a 97 gsxr750, but im sure this will apply to pretty much any bike. But whats a good all around suspension setup to do wheelies and endos. Maybe some of you guys could post up some of your suspension setups your prefer to use.:YEAH

rear - stock or if you are heavy then stiffen it up a little

front - slow down the rebound a bunch (make it almost full hard, clockwise) and stiffen up the preload (turn the anodized caps for tighten the spring) and COMP (turn clickers to a few out from full clockwise)

this makes the front end stiff and NOT springy (to stop pogoing). you want it to dive just enough for traction but you want the front end really stiff.
