stoppie or stand up
stoppie or stand up
whats easier to learn a rollling stoppie or a 2nd gear standup
also when practicing stoppies for the first time what speed do you start at? and do you gradually give more brake at each attempt you do? and is it a gradually break or a good solid quick break (but not to lockup and flip) then maintain pressure?

Re: stoppie or stand up
alright the easiest way to learn a stoppie i think is at about 35mph. pull the clutch in, and lift your head up and look straight forward(not down) just gradually pull the brake in, you will feel the back come up. you want it about 2 feet up. get good at that speed then go up by about 10mph each time. then you will be hittin at 90 in no time.

Re: stoppie or stand up
come in hot like 5th gear pinned and get you a as s load of front brake and roll it out
its real easy Rowdy taught me this so it should be right but you try it first and let me know the outcome

WAHAHAHAHHAHA
Thats how I learned them...:YEAH
Re: stoppie or stand up
make sure to bounce the rear end up a lil bit to get the stoppie up, you use less brake geting it up that way, but if your doing a popa stoppie and not a rolling stoppie it can increase your chances of looping.
but like rowdy once said, you mess with the bull you get the horns, stoppies aren't to be ****ed around with
take the seriosuly
