Either call Dr. Phil and ask him what he things about your attachment issues with your handle bars, or just sack up and let go.

its cramping cause your not getting it to idle fast enough, and keeping your leg bent. The faster you snap it up to BP, the less fatigue youll have on your leg.

Exactly! The faster you get your leg straight and longer you keep it straight the better, less fatigue and more control/stability...Foot on the seat was killing me till I got my leg straight and the bike settled....

I get them to BP as soon as i clutch em up, then on the brake with no throttle just idle.

why my leg hurts is cuz i had a big crash last year and took a while to get back on the leg, so its weak, was just askin if it hurt anyone else or was it from an old injury

Re: No handers, need help to let go

Tell ya what i remember how hard no throttle hand wheelies were....now that i'm working on these no handers, whenever i go back to a no throttle hand they're soooooooo easy.

The thing that makes no handers so tricky is the fact that your holding onto nothing so you need really good good balance especially in your upper body. I use trial and error, sometimes shifting both my arms left or right to see how the bike reacts.
