cage for r6, lookin for advice from r6 riders

the bikes a 04 r6,
lookin for a good quality cage, i kno they are all good to some point
but i don't want a cage thats gonna roll and my tank get beat to ****
thats what i hear whta happens with 905 cages,
so i'm leaning towards powers and maybe MXD

Re: cage for r6, lookin for advice from r6 riders

I have a 905 cage on my 05 r6. Only problem i had in the beginning was gettin used to the cage position and my shins!...like Projek mentioned. Other than that the bike has taken two major falls and both the frame and subframe are still unharmed. I wish the frames and subframes were made to be a bit more durable but o well. Here's a pic of my bike with the 905 cage.

Captian obvious NO Duh.. but how many stories on SL u hear of "i tossed my R6 at 10mph and the motor mount on the frame and case broke off? then compare that to Honda F4i's
