chain size

I'm getting ready to machin a 60T for my f4i and can't deside what size chain to run. The sprocket is gonna be made out of steel, then custom powder coated for a pimp look. What size chain are you guys runnin? I was thinkin 520, or 525, I don't care to much about rotating mass, cuz I'm not racing this bike, I just want cheap and long lasting, so break knowledge, lol.

Re: chain size

rock a 525 dont go spend money on something youll never notice while stunting, plus if you get a 520 now and down the road find out you want a diferent size sprocket your going to have to special order a 520 no matter what size you want, i had a 520 while riding street for more power but as i went to larger sizes i had to special order evry one everytime , sucks !

All chains are strong we know this, but Sprocket wear is much faster on piece of shtt 520's. teeth wear/worp/break alot sooner then 525 n 530, if u want your sprocket to last go 525 or 530.

Actully, I'm making some street pegs and billet aluminum rearsets for my f4i also, they will be strong!

Like this one right here that I make for the derbi, but with a folding peg its 5/8 thick aluminum!
