Ive read the complete guide to wheelies but..
I just cant seem to bounce correctly when trying to do a standup. i am doing sitdowns pretty good i guess. My problem is when i stand up on the pegs and clutch it up if i get it over about a foot in the air it scares the shionk out of me, and i think I am going to loop it.
Also i always land with my front end pointed a little off to the right, and it wobbles a liitle bit. Am I putting to much weight on the front end when i bounce or what. Sorry one more thing i am using my two front pegs, someone told me to use the right front peg and left passenger peg. Does anyone else do this. Thanks for the help.
By the way the wheelie guide was really good.

I learned power wheelies with both feet on the regular pegs,
not staggered (left foot on passenger peg).
Staggered is the preffered method when clutching it up and it will benefit in the long run because of the stress it removes from your forearms, which results in a longer wheelie.
Practice makes perfect; keep your chest far away from the tank and dont be afraid to bring it really high up. The balance point feels really high like you are going to loop, and you will if you do not have good throttle control.
Cover the rear brake with your foot just incase. And if you do need to use it, dont smash it, just tap it.

Staggered was waaaaaay easier for me to learn than both feet on the front pegs for standups. I was rocking mile long sit downs but every time I stood up it felt like I was gonna loop out, within a day of trying staggered I was rocking mile long standups.

all it takes is practice....
nowt wrong with bouncing either... i never used to do it until i learnt slow stuff, now i bounce it a bit with the clutch to get it up quickly.
