03' 636 gas tank HELP

i want to beat my tank in but i want to do it the right way,i was wondering if anyone had pic's of there gas tank's already dented in and i want to see how good it look's.my last 636 tank i did looked like ****.help me out by posting up some pic's,peace out

this is the only pic i have... i only used a rubber mallet. take the cap off so you don't crack it, start your dent around the cap and work your way out, and keep an eye on the opening of the tank to make sure you don't completely close it off by denting it too deep. any other questions, i'll be glad to answer. i've done 3 636 tanks so far and they've all turned out nice.

If you remove the filler neck it will remove the bulge around the cap. You can do it with a screw driver and a hammer and just go around the rim of it.

again like it was mentioned above, be careful not to close off the opening.
