What sprockets should i get for my R6 for slow ****?

 

i got an 04 r6 too... so i will be watching this thread i wanna know also... lol

you can do slow stuff on stock gearing with ur R6, i am on a 02 r6 stopck gearing/carbed/not tuned and i can do slow wheelies. matter of fact u can do slow wheelies on any sport bike with out "gearing" so its just preference, slower u want to go more gearing. im going -1+2 hopfully my gearing is in today!

 

the 04's are geared lower than most bikes and ****, so just keep it stock,
no need for gears. works fine for circles and ****. dont be a girl. lol

 

how do i learn slow **** i try but i speed up like crazy then i find myself tryin to get into another gear... and sorry for being new to this... you were a newbie once also

 

the higher the wheelie the slower u go, i knew that copncept the first time i seen a wheelie. if u go back to far u loop. if u don't go back far enough u hit rev limiter. theres a great write up on how to learn wheelies just north of this thread that has been created. try reading it.

you arent bringing it up high enough. the higher you get it once you get it up, chances are it wont speed up. are you messing with your idle at all?

just don't understand why people think big sprockets give u the amazing talent of brake control.

 

did i say hey toss me a big *** sprocket so i can rock out like the pros no... i simply asked how it would affect me and how to learn slow **** and no one said anything about brake control when giving advice try being a lil more imformative and not such a douche
