Re: Rear tires!

For fast circles and everything else I LOVE the dunlopd208, and the new dunlop qualifier. Darius uses the same tires for his huge wide fast circles

Re: Rear tires!

I have the new dunlop Qualifiers and they rock. Solid tire with quick warm-up time.

Re: Rear tires!

I use dunlop 208s and have no complaints, not doing fast circles though

Re: Rear tires!

I was leary of the new 209 cause I hate changin. I always use the same tire and same pressure to keep your riding consistent. The new 209 qualifier is pretty good, although they seems to be a little slippery when cold. The rear rim I'm using is 6 inches wide compared to the stock f4i 5.5. It pulls the 180 out wider and takes the peak away a little. This is good when the tire is new but once you burnout on it a bit it gets flatter and harder to turn in circles. I run 25psi to start then go to 30 when it gets worn down to keep it peaky for easy turn in. I might try a 190 next time, they are definatly peakier than the 180.

Re: Rear tires!

pilot powers have the best grip by far but the best burn out tire by far is the shinko stealth and theyre cheap as hell too its a drag radial tire u cant burn that thing off its amazing ud have to put some time into a burn out to kill that tire

Re: Rear tires!

I'm favoring the pilot powers and some bridgestones. I have a pilot sport on right now, it slips a little when its cold but it's good when it's warmed up.
