12 practice went wrong?
12 practice went wrong?
ok so i was trying to 12 for the first time today and i was rockin good for a little while but it got wobble from side to side and at that point i lost it why does it get so wobble up there had very low pressure? how do i stop that? I was trying them in stand up stagerd. someone hook it up with some tips
Re: 12 practice went wrong?
probably from poor throttle control, gotta try to be as smooth on the throttle and brake as possible. Consentrate on keeping your right hand as steady as possible for a hour or so of practice soon it will become 2nd nature
Re: 12 practice went wrong?
so should i hold the throttle on enough to where i would loop out but control it with the brake? lol i got a street fighter now guess i should get steel brake lines to Brake fade?

Re: 12 practice went wrong?
Never try to scrape 12 unless you know the bike is rolling smooth, if you try and scrape 12 when the bike is wobbly you'll probably wreck or hit the 12 bar wrong. I always make sure I get to BP and let the bike get real steady, after that I lean back and give it a little (I mean a pinch) of gas... I mostly lean back though. Once I'm on the 12 bar I can do 2 things (1) slow the bike down on 12 and scrape for a while then tap the back brake and come off 12 or (2) I pull in the clutch and let the bike scrape to a dead stop. Either way, I won't hit 12 until I know I have BP and the bike is really smooth (no side to side at all).
