did anyone on here dent the tank on their 1000rr?? i searched and all i saw was the 600rr pics...i didnt know if they were the same style or what...i know they both have the plastics tops but my buddies 1000 just dont seem like it really has room to dent..any ideas or just bang on it???????

 

If in doubt get a bigger hammer. If that screws things up thats what duct tape and JB weld are for.

 

Bullo knows how to do it. There are guys here that are in the know about the plastic tank denting.

 

take the cover off and dent the take to where you wont it and then put the plastic back on and heat it up to where it takes the form of the take under it take a little time but looks good
