It is very comfortable. It could be pushed in a little more in the back but the filler neck is already pushed against the internals of the tank so I didnt go any farther.

Re: Lets See it....

Don't need to dent the front of the tank. I'd get another one (if I have the funds) and dent better than I did with this one.

When did Legion start rockin streetfighters John??????????????

Re: Lets See it....

You don't need to dent the top of the tank. Take a look at Ed's (the rasberry coloured F4easy with the black stripe) and use that as a model, and Kern's...should be fine. Anymore than that is a waste of time and energy I think

yep, you never sit up in the front so why dent it?!?!? looks cleaner when jus the back is dented and it gives the fuel somewhere to go when doing stoppies.

the F4easy is streetfighter cause ed doesn't want to pay $$$ for small 6000 fork clipons when he is going to get a 929 front end and then get clipons... get it? so for not, since he had the parts laying around, its fightered, but will not be that way for long.

HELL YEAH

I know I'll like the FI's

There's another guy in that group that has another 600 like mine that he wants me to ride. He's learning BP but he wants to see me ride his bike. It's pretty cool.

Re: Lets See it....

this is how I did it. you don't need to follow it but it might give you advice. We (me and 2 guys) stood on the tank (seperate times) and dropped onto my tank with our asses for like 20 minutes. Eventually it popped the crease just behind the gascap. That crease is gonna be a *****, but it's where the CENTER of the dent should be when you're done. All you have to do is slowly spread the dent evenly out until it's about the size of your ***. If you want, do it in steps and post the progress here and we'll try to give you advice on how to keep going w/ it.

Re: Lets See it....

NOT knockin the *** drop method, i have used that in the past, but the DEADBLOW hammer method and taking your time will produce more precise results! you can just be more accurate on where you want the dent to be ans where you want it to go.

I even use the dead blow to start the dent, usually at the rear side of the gas cap

Re: Lets See it....

shiat. I will knock the *** drop method. but it is useful for starting the dent. I used the deadblow for most of my shaping...and got way carried away with it, so I have a way bigger dent than anyone really needs.

did you start from the rear of the cap? or did you just bash teh center of the cap...
