How to stoppie

What is the correct way to do endos , I want to be able to ride them out , I just put on ss lines it feels a bi tbetter but I think my body poition is wrong. I tried jamming the brakes and leaning foward but I am still sitting .

Do you have to be off the seat a bit almost on top of the tank/ any advice?
I heard this is one of the easiet tricks but I cant get it/

Re: How to stoppie

Give It A Good Progressive Squeeze.try 25-27 Psi In The Front Tire. Also Try It At About 50 Mph And It Will Be Easier.dont Roll 5 Mph And Jam It And Do A Donkey Kick.those Are Dangerous And Lame.

Re: How to stoppie

like sketchy146 said dont jam your brakes, your just asking to bust it. Get a little speed going , and slowly give your front brake some pressure. With those ss line you shouldent have any problem. You have to play with it though. just dont over do it learning. get a feel of how high you are first.

different cuz if you go too far you cant save it, but the same as when you get there you are barely touching the break.

your pushing to hard on one of the clip ons, so if your going to the right i believe you need to lean more on the left clip on.

Re: How to stoppie

dude... learn em from like 30mph no need to go faster... speed will just add to the distractions and hurt more when you crash.

Once you get the hang of popin it up and riding it high then go faster... you can roll like 250-300ft from 35mph if your high enough.

if he is goin to the right then he should be pushing on his right clip on, not left or he will prolly kick out to far and get thrown off when the bike comes down. my

Re: How to stoppie

i started them last year and started getting them to roll. i had a 2003 gsxr 1000 w/ stock brakes. i couldnt get them up at all and felt way out of control. i changed the front pads and put braided lines on and it was night and day. im guessing it was the pads that made the huge difference. once u get them to roll a little bit they are addicting. another idea that helped me learn is i accelerate hard to about 40 then squeeze. the shift of letting off the power into braking gave it a little extra to get it up easy and roll farther. not sure if thats the correct way but it helped build confidence and get use to it. oh and video tape is huge.

yes... the front end dropping when you chop the throttle helps ALOT w/ the whole weight transfer to the front wheel.... this becomes much more important the faster you do them.

should be one well timed fluid motion.... accelerate hard, chop throttle, and as the front is diving pop your but up, lock your knees on the tank and lock your arms out to the sides.

you wanna get as much weight on that front tire as ya can... but not by just using brake

sounds like your gettin it
