HighChair Circles?
HighChair Circles?
well i can get one around every time but i keep stalling out out spiraling down. do you have to slip the clutch as you go into it or do you have to keep it high. any advise would be nice
Re: hc circles
good advice but h/c circle's are different then most other,i found it help's to lean forward(i use to lean back) and as alway's look where your going just like cornering, also body english help's what you can get anyway's(h/c position doesn't let you use a whole lot) and keep the nose up slight lean in and blip throttle as needed.
hope this help you.

the clutch is clutch here. practice using hb/clutch by just riding around and skidding and then pop some sick sitdown wheelies like that.
i've seen some guys get em on brake only, but they are inconsistent and then struggle when tryhing to ride out of them.
if you start by learning them covering the hb/clutch then the next step is that much easier.
on my kawi, i kept the idle at 4k and slippidy slipped the clizzutch when you spin real fast....just like any other circle that tightens up quickly.
dont forget to goose it!

i run the idle at 36-4k for everything....
when i was learning them, the bigget thing for me was to take my upper off so i could hang on with my legs and have more control with the gas/brake/clutch.
then after that it was simply committing to the trick and not being afraid to fall. same as a regular circle once you get it.
try 50/50 first so you have that inside left leg to use as a balancer, then both legs between the arms in hc becomes a little easier.
committment!

if you are stalling and spiralling down, i'd say dip the nose a bit and then gas it once it falls into the circle.
slip the clutch when the circle slows down and it is going to stall mid circle.
same as reg circle. falling in you need to give it more gas...highsiding you will need to use more brake and then clutch it accordingly to prevent the stall.
use your legs for more balance control

Im going to practice highchair circles before i do spreaders, because it seems easier to bail off a highchair then it is a spreader..And i refuse to take off my uppers.. Its just a matter of practice.. Ill get'em..
nah scott spreader circles are easier to bail from and less painfull. its easy to save urself and ur bike if a spreader circle doesnt work out. u got both feet already free. A hc would be much worse and the stalls are gonna kill ur legs n ***
