Speed Wheelies (20-50mph+) / Peg Position

Pick ! and explain why please

Note* Not for extremely slow, or circle wheelies, unless u use the same technique for ALL wheelies and of course i dont think you would want to stand up in a wheelie going over like 100mph ... cant imagine what a gust of wind would do...

i almost always have my left foot on the passenger peg, unless i just did alot of dirtbike riding, then im usually comfortable on the rearsets, i rock the staggered step just because i think it makes your bodyweight placement more influential in the wheelie

What about your feet on both front pegs while standing up. Can't vote because that is not on the list. I pulled one up in 3rd gear the other day standing up and dropped it back down around 110mph. The tire smokes when touching down and leaves a patch about 2 feet long.

ummm......

both feet on rearsets means the front pegs

do you know what the parts of your motorcycle are called?

rearsets- front pegs
passenger pegs- the ones in the back

so uh yeah that option is up there

My bad bro. I read the options so quick I didn't really think about it. I'm so use to people calling it front pegs vs passenger pegs.

Ya I thought the rearsets held the front pegs, brake lever and shifter lever to the bike . Everyone around here still calls them front pegs

staggered stance or sit down...both feet foreward puts to much weight on ur arms.

Just be gangsta and rock out on both passenger pegs. Who needs brake control at that speed anyway, throttle chop like a *****.....

First learn how to make the wobble stop, by not applying any pressure on the right peg.Learn them on throttle only in first, then second and so on. Keep your foot all the way to the left of the bar, stick your left knee to the side of the rear seat instead of on it, and dont put any pressure on the right peg.

Re: Speed Wheelies (20-50mph+) / Peg Position

For freeway, i put my left foot on the rearset and my right knee in the seat. All my weight is on my right knee, so my arms are relaxed.

Re: Speed Wheelies (20-50mph+) / Peg Position

i ride with the left on the passenger peg and the right normal. thats how i learned stand ups but ima try to start all normal so i can try changing gears i ride an r6 so trying to pick it up on the freeway in second kills my rpms. i get it up and ride it but i would like to change gears to save my motor. its confy with the left on the back pg. plus it feels easier to steer and easier to balance the body, with the catch still covering the back break. dont know how u do it but what ever u feel confy in do it. my homie dan the man is all normal its tight cuz i rarely see someone on the freewway all normal and he gots hes **** locked so it looks even tighter.

There not really the pegs perse, they are the piece that the peg, and everything else (levers and what have you) are attatched to.
