Could I legally ride it on the street. Like does it have all the parts that it needs. and how much do you think it would cost to fix the front wheel. I want a bike soon so we might be able to work something out if I can ride it on the street and its not to much work on the front.

Here's the deal with the bike. If you want to ride it on the street, you are looking at about $150 - $200. to put it on the street legally and safely. 1st would be to fix or buy a new wheel. Fixing it would be cheaper(about $100- $150). Then you need front turn blinkers (about $15). As for the rear I have a kit to make the tails blink, and thats it to make it legal here in Va.

In VA its legal to have stock signals or no signals. I got my gixxer inspected with aftermarket signals at Colemans and they made me take them off to pass.

Shhh Van, can't you see i'm trying to sell my bike. j/k If you go to a gas station and get it inspected they will pass it cause they don't know the laws as well and all they need to see is something that blinks
