2001 gsxr 1000
I am thinking about selling my bike, all depends on what my offers are. First the frame, wheels, rearsets, pass pegs, subframe, swingarm and other little things have been powder coated. Next is the paint work. The bike is painted with heat sensitive paint from alsa. This paint is trick just look at the pic's, the whole bike does this. Meaning when its above 70 it starts to change color. It goes from black to blue, purple, green, brown, and other weird looking colors. Then the Gsxr decals are in glow in the dark paint, and the ram air tubes holes in the upper are done also. This bike is flawless. Note the one side has had its gsxr paint on yet, it will be done just wanted to put the bike back together and ride it. The bike has a little over 13000 miles. So make me offer on the bike or plastic's.

I have an 01 also and this is not the place for That.....there is a bunch of low ballers on here.....its worth 5600 book I know for a fact they are getting at least 7000. to 7500 on ebay so if you see any thing above that ur doing very good. I would sell my gixxer for 6800. but it prob wouldn't happen. With the paint and time maybee 8000.

For the record you painting your bike only make you loose money... You can't make money off paint on your bike nor anything aftermarket on your bike!!! Just so you know!!!

Yeah you lose money on paint jobs that look like ****, but come on this is far from that. This bike starts out as black and then changes up to 7 different colors find me another product that can do that, or even find me another bike that can do this. This paint is trick and I am sure I will find someone with deep pockets. To be honest I would rather just sell the plastic's then the whole bike.

I don't see any 05 gsxr 1000's that you have sold on ebay for $7500. There's none that have sold for $7500. Unless I can't read, I couldn't see em.
