so i went snowboarding with these chicks from my gym, first time out in 2years. Now back when i was 17/18 yrs old i took snowboarding very seriously, got pretty good, anyways there were some big jumps out there, i went off a couple and felt pretty good. these are the kind of jumps that require alot of speed though, you either have to go for them, or not at all. Soooo i was feeling way too confident and went right into one at a good speed, launched my feet straight over my head as soon as i hit the lip and became totally disoriented. I just covered my neck and head and waited to hit, luckily i didnt come down on my neck, but i came down on my back really hard. Knocked the wind out of me for about 10 minutes, and right now i just got home and feel like absolute ****. I cant bend my back at all or move side to side. Im going to give it a day or two and see what I should do. Anyways just thought i'd let you guys know that i wont be able to hang out for a while. I'll keep ya updated on what happens..

Hes walking around very stiff. Looks like it hurts to move. He'll have a sore back for awhile, but nothing permanant

 

that sucks man.. i went up to the snow a few weeks ago for a day.. i wrapped it also my skis hit the back of my dome with no mercy. i was about to pass the *** out.. luckily my buddies pulled up and we smoked and i felt better
