Your opinion?

I am looking at a new EVERYDAY carry weapon. I use the Beretta 92 on a daily basis as well as a Clock 23. I want somethign to carry CONCEALED and be comfortable and accurate. I have looked at Tanfoglio, S&W 645, Springfield XD and XD-M, and am open to suggestions. What do YOU carry? Do you ride with it? Go out to eat with it? Are there plenty of holster options for it? Please lend some insight before I make my next big purchase. Thanks

H&K USP Compact. Take it everywhere and use as a duty weapon. Plenty of holsters for it. I use the blackhawk serpa holster

Re: Your opinion?

Also, check out the Sig P229, great gun.

I'm pick'n up the Glock 35 for Christmas. Its their .40 practical/tactical gun, same size as a 1911. You know you get a discount on Glock's right? Any Glock you want for $405, Brand New, w/ 3 clips. It's their First Responder/ L.E. Discount Program. Just gota buy it from a Glock Authorized Dealer.

Be sure to check out thir new RTF Grip. It feels like the grip tape on skate boards. You can be in a torential down pour, and the gun ain't coming out your hand

Re: Your opinion?

I dont know . I guess iv just been into 1911's from the start & I havent found anything that feels so right . The only other gun I have a bunch of experiance with (shot more then just a couple houndred rounds) are the XD's,they are nice & I love the extra rounds but in the end it just doesnt feel right ... I would like to try out more revolvers but I think the 1911 will be my choice for life ... we will see

I would even like to sell my P3at just to fund a Sig p238!! its pretty much a 1911 in .380 & its not like the P3at has been a bad gun , shes been great Not one issue & with the laser on it Shes a pretty accurate little Bug.

Re: Your opinion?

I used to roll around with a glock .40 on a shoulder holster. Pretty much everyone. Only thing i didnt like is i like to keep one in the chamber and would of prefered something with a safety.

The only one I've thought about would be a S&W 645. But I carry day in and day out.... EVERYWHERE. I don't want the shadow of a big weapon telling everyone I am packing
