Texas is the same, but you are responsible for registering your firearms. If a cop comes across an unregistered weapon they confiscate it. Then you can only hope that officer is dishonest and takes it home instead of the locker.
I sold the Tec-9. They suck. Id be better off with my PT92AF and a 33rd mag.
Good job on that AR lower fab work but how did you get that legit? Just take it in for visual inspection . Iv had trouble w a few 'customs' of my own and got nothin but run around

Its just like an 80% lower build its considered a prototype and can never be sold. It can only be passed down when I die.
