Mossberg Persuader

Anyone know anything about the Mossberg 500 Persuader or Roadblocker? I am going to be purchasing one shortly and haven't heard too much about them

I think the 590 has a higher capacity.

I had a Mossberg 500 with a pistol grip, it held 8 if you take the plug out.... that gun was a beast, I miss it. I will have to buy another one.... I'd def get it. I've owned that exact gun 3 different times lol

Mine is identical to your except I don't have the extra shell holders like yours. The thing is sweet and awesome. I love 12 gauges.

the shell holders on the receiver came with the gun when I bought it for $210 at a gun shop.

When I got the top folder I just dremeled one of the shell holder spots off to allow the folder to function.

Now with the shell holder on the folding stock I can carry 10 rounds + 7 rounds in the tube and 1 round in the chamber.
1st round is bird shot, 2nd round 00 buckshot, 3rd round 1oz. slug.....then buckshot, slug, buckshot, slug......
the holders have 5 buckshot on one, and 5 slugs on the other.

Careful with the 3" stuff in it.....I let a former cop buddy shoot it and his front tooth was claimed by the stock when it was folded.
