J/K.. I want a 3" to 3.5" barrel slim grip, single stack ?? for concealed carry and in .40 or .357 cal for around 400.00.. post ur opinion..I've spent hours on google trying to find what I want but cant decide.

 

not much out there for that price, only one I'd recommend would be a Taurus pt140/145 that has a "Z" as the 2nd digit of the serial #.

Just a thought you could also spend $100-$150 more and get an xd-40/45.

 

XD is the way to go. or a Sig Suaer

 

My Glock 27 40 cal. is dang nice and sometimes you can find them reasonably priced. Ha Ha.

xd is way better than the glock. or you could get sig p2000. that's around same price as the glock...maybe a little more.

 

+1.. just went and fired an XD yesterday for the first time and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Dead accurate, comfortable and feels like it has a lot less recoil than a Glock. Trigger pull was smoother to, about 1.5 lbs lighter than a Glock.

 

sorry, the xd just feels to wide to carry for all around purposes..I loved the kahr as far as concealment and fit goes but saw some bad reviews

 

I was looking for the same kind of gun you are. My choices were basically narrowed down to a Sig 239. Most of the choices people just listed are double stacks. Ultimately I'm going with the Glock G26 becuz I stockpile 9mm but a G27 is a nice gun too. I have a XD service and was thinking of the XD9SC but the Glock seemed a little nicer to me.

If money was no object I'd recommend the Springfield EMP.
