You all using Captive Spacers

Hi Guys

Well I always thought high end race bikes would have their own special quick change system on their wheels but I was wrong. Last week I found out its just a little lip which keeps the spacer on the reer wheel from dropping when you change them. They're called Captive Spacers, and you can buy them from this guy for £25.

A superstock racer told me I could use my lathe and part a small grove in the spacers and add an 4mm o-ring, I did it today and it makes changing the wheel loads easier, thats why I thought id see if you guys knew about them; as you can get through pure tyres in 1 day

All the best
