Should I do my web site Brand/part or by bike used?

By bike. That way people will browse everything that fits their bike and hopefully buy more than they intended.

definately by bike...cause when i find a site with tons of parts for my bike, i consider all of the parts even if i wasn't necessarily looking for those parts

although i do like the current set up that shows what you sell in a simple format

 

Use x-cart and you can have both options! Lucky for you, the SubcultureStore I built for my BMXs is up for sale soon (we've got enough dealers in US now).
You just need to update the graphics files in the images folder and you can brand it up as SBS and install it on your domain.

Or if you're a bit tight and don't mind xtra work, get a copy of Magento to handle the store duties - has similar /brand/bike/component options.
