Don't suppose anyone has a sump from a transit do they? Need to have it by sunday so can come collect saturday or earlier if possible.

Its a 2.4 duratorq engine, any transit rwd from 2000-2006 sump will fit.

yup, and it looked like a grenade had gone off under it...there was 5 or 6 different holes in the bottom of the sump.

hmmmm dave i had the same thing happen to my cav gsi 2000 and it turned out that the gearbox had blown up think you might have to get that looked at proper man good to hear you got some wheels though man

Gearbox is fine dude, Darren is over-exaggerating it a bit.

Basically on the way back down the M40 we hit something and it beat the **** out of the sump. It was a due a change anyway as the old one was corroded to ****.

However looking at it, I may have a rear main oil seal gone. Oh well.
