Why dont all of you going to the states grow a small beard, and they will think thats how we roll in the UK?

**** I hate the itchy stage! Im in the Army so its rare that I get to go without shaving, but I was on leave for 2 weeks so I let it go. Just as I got through the itchy stage it was time to shave, I was pissed.

After the itchy stage i found the next problem was the hair on my top lip way getting in my food, drink and all sorts, so you have to trim it

Careful doing this though Lee, if you lose weight really quickly (like you are) once you hit the weight you want you tend to put weight back on quickly as well because you can't maintain the weight loss routine healthily.

3lb/week is a healthy figure to lose and doesn't lead to rebound weight.

Cuz i dont eat food thats good for me and eat alot of ****. I've cut right down and only healthy food. No joke, in 1 week i lost bag on a stone, 2 days into the second week now.

Healthy eating does wonders! Just watching calories and not eating all day long, cutting sodas and drinking tons of water will help you out!
