dropping by to say hi

Hi peeps was told about these forums and that i can get some good advice from the pro's here in the UK :YEAH

After riding different sports bikes for the last 10 years and causing havok around sussex it was about time i stopped abusing my current bike and buy a F4i as a stunter to start getting into the scene

Always something i have always wanted to do

Watched a few vidz of you guys in action and what can i say great stuff with some sick moves

Got some cathing up to do and some reading on here

As said have just picked up a F4i this weekend fairly cheap and have already prepped the bodywork for painting just couldnt wait lol

Just after advice really now for best setup, need to lookup about the tilt sensor and will prob turn clipons out instead of flat bars.

Already has a 52 tooth rear sprocket should be good enough for now?

Have heard sick innovations is the way forward for cage and 12 bar?

Can anyone recommend other mods or else where to read up for info on getting stunt ready would really appreciate your advice...

Just after best info on handbrake setup and all, have heard that i dont need an extended oil pickup just add an extra 1/4 from full is this right?

cheers lads and will try to upload some pics of the bike soon
to be honest since doing away with the horrid yellow and black race rep paint job it has turned into a matt black and faded yellow patch work pattern and looks kinda wickid' and rebel like

welcome to the site, good first post im sure you will get lots of help with that right attitude.

the tilt sensor is at the front of the bike, green, white and red cables, join the red and green together.

Re: dropping by to say hi

welcome man.....

for cages and bars etc speak to Pez whos on here or contact him at www.stuntbikestore.com....... pretty sure he has cages in stock now so delivery is like 3 days rather then months from USA......

advice on handbrakes........ there is a few options which im sure peeps will post up but i run a brembo 16 x 18 on full throttle adaptor which Pez also sells...... but im about to change that full throttle adaptor to a duel caliper bracket which means you have 2 calipers on the back disc! deff the way to go IMO......

good luck!!

Re: dropping by to say hi

hi and welcome, as ghostie says i'm sure you'll get a lot of help with the way you have come onto the site.

the tilt sensor really is an easy mod, there is def posts about it in the mods section on here, but for the time being you might aswell leave it as it is, i liked the fact that my bike cut itself out when it was laying down! have only taken it off about two month ago,

as for parts and set-up, pez is def the man to speak to and i'm sure he'll see your post, tis a good time at the moment cos stuntbikestore.com has got all the main parts and accessories needed to get started!

and good choice on staying away from gaybars! (runs and hides)

Re: dropping by to say hi

Welcome dude :O)

I would recomend 60tooth gearing as its harder to stall, but as you said you can get on with 52t

Sick cage is defo good and I would also get some freestly inginuity clipons as they are longer. Its also worth getting an easy clutch
