i guess people are gonna think im doing this wrist **** for some kind of attention scheme,, but iv missed loads of riding time and cant ride at all at mo iv just made it a lot worse riding yesterday so im going to try and ride on tuesday and have the weekend off... got it strapped up with tiger balm and anti inflamitory pils (thanks to photo Adam for your kindness mate cheers muchness) not broken but i believe i have torn a tendon

i think i did it practicing spreader O's im a bit heavy and was holding my body up for many hours repeating the trick, trying to get the knack for H/C O's but iv fucked it up... lots of rest and i'm sure it will be runnin for the comp... bugger though as i will have to cancel some of the new gen stuff i was going to include....

thank you for caring i love you too... kisses and hugs
