Settlement in June! I am getting a HOUSE!
I am going to be a home owner! I am so excited, i can't wait to move out of my parents and have a place and have a place totally of my own. A place i can renovate and redo, and make all my own.
It is a bungolow with a basement and extended attic with a room up there, the lot size is 100' frontage and 368' irr going back with 395'. I want to eventually build a garage as far back as i can with a long driveway back to it, and have a nice size yard in-between it.
I have to wait for the owners' Children to get out of school which is june 18
so i have almost two and a half months of anticipation. I am out of attorney review and just finishing my mortgage app.
