Parts Help

OK so im thinkin of putting a wider axle on the back of my kfx400, on top of some hole shot tires and better rims. I would also like to lower the top end and torque it out a bit for hill climbs, I can make it up ok but im barely moving when I hit the top. Came of the top of one Sunday and it was un even, I wasnt going fast enough to clear it and I wiped out nasty and cracked some plastic, im still sore.
How bout it ? anyone Help me out ?

Re: Parts Help

go plus 2 on back...razr 2s are better than holeshots...definately more preferred. some good rims are gunna be bead locks...but i think the black carbon fiber wheels look great on kfx. i wanna get some for mine. if u want more torque...i cant remember if u drop or add a tooth to ur sprocket. i think its drop...might wanna ask someone else but anyways...good luck, definately check out the razr 2s though. lonestar or durablue axle...id go with lonestar...heard the durablues break sometimes just my

Re: Parts Help

ok u r gonna wanna go wit an RPM axle they are the best on da market, if u have da money they are expensive. as for the engine, if u wanna get more torque with sprockets u would lose teeth on da front and add teeth in the back. but i would suggest any of these: pipe, bore it n throw in a wiseco piston kit, jet da carb, and i cant think of anything else right now that is exactly wut i have done on my blaster, i have a toomey pipe, bore .20 over, a wiseco piston kit, jetted carb, and a air filter. and my top end is great and my torque is insane it pops up in 3rd and i could prob get it up in 4th. before i did all of that to it i could barely clutch it up half way through 2nd and if im in 1st in a stand still n clutch it up it flip right over on me if im not cover da brake really carefully.

sorry about such a long post, think itz time for me to write a book , but i hope that helps. any other questions, feel free to pm me.
