Re: BackFlip Anyone

Dude... best of luck to ya, but I would recommend having an ambulance there. There is a reason your seeing PROFESSIONAL riders flipping quads into lakes, rivers, foam pits, etc. It cuz it's extremely hard to get all four wheels around and even out for a clean landing. Think about it. If you jump quads at all you know that it's really easy to jump wrong and land wrong. And the bike OWNS you, most of the time you can't correct it. If you haven't seen the Travis Pastrana vid of his friends backflipping a Quadsport 50 (or 80) into a foam pit, I suggest watching it. They can't even make it look like they coulda landed it on dirt. They land all wrong. Good luck again man. I wanna see it done. Just do your research first. Try to contact a few riders like the guys from Huevos. Ask them why they're paid a lot of $$ for quad tricks and NOT doing flips yet.

on travis pastrana's new video "travis and the nitro circus" they are hucking back flips on quads, they do a bunch of them on little suzuki 80's, but i dont think that they did any on full size rides. good luck to you if your gona try it and i hope like hell your not trying it on that banshee that you have for the avatar. good luck to ya, and i definatly second the have an ambulance there waiting.

i have watched every backflip movie of dirtbikes and snow mobiles. i know one thing a snow mobile is like 10times hard cause of length for one thing plus it got a extra 100 pounds more then my banshee.

i know how to bail off to the side i don't bail to were the bike will crush me. i'm not being a *** and don't mean to **** anyone off. but i thought it threw and am takin precautions. i will post it on the web for all you to see once i make it :YEAH

Re: BackFlip Anyone

Like I said before, best of luck to ya. I would love to see someone do it. I have even contemplated it myself. I grew up on a quad too and I KNOW it can be done. I can do a flip on a bicycle and a fiddy. I was just saying it takes practice, and thats why the pro's do it into stuff rather than hit a dirt ramp/landing. I suggest trying a smaller quad though to start, and move your way up. I just wanted to leave ya some suggestions. I'm not hating, I hope you make it. I'd be excited to say I know ya. Your name would be known throughout the sport.

Thanks for the support i'm thinking of gettin a little 125 or something to practice on rather then smash the shee all up. A back flip can and will be done and that person to do it is gonna be me :YEAH

Re: BackFlip Anyone

i have thought about doin da flip many times but dont have da ***** 2 do it. the reason y snowmobiles can do it is because they have that mad long belt thing that makes them go(like a quads tires) throws them around so that itz still flippin them backwards once like half of their snowmobile is in the air. that may be confusin but if u can understand wut im sayin then good, and dont get me wrong im not trying to take anything away from the snowmobile guyzz or anything. and i think the first full sized quad it should b tryed on is a blaster because it really light and short so it should be able to flip easily, and has enough speed and with a good pipe on it it will have good throttle response to hit right off of da lip of da jump. good luck and i hope u make it.

that'd be like trying to jump a 75 foot double in a M-1 tank. Yea the blaster would be bomb for it but i got a banshee so i'm gonna use what i got. I may have been beating to it from what the other post says but it may only be a kids quad used. Gonna have to wait and see this video
