here's the deal. . .I"m getting my girls lil bro something for his 400ex for his birthday (he'll be 15). You guys know more bout this **** than I do, so what should I get him. He just got new tires and an exhaust. . so, whatcha think???

 

Is the bike stock otherwise? If so get him a set of handle bars, K&N air filter, nerfs, bumper, 250R smoothie hood if he doesnt like the look of the lights, pb block off kit ( clutch perch and lever, block off plate). Don't know your spending limit so it's kinda hard.

 

Moneys not really an issue. . just want to get him something hot. . he loves my ninja and ****, but can't have a bike. .so he has a dirtbike and 4 wheeler and that's what he's "stunting" so. . . Yea the bike is stock otherwise. We're painting it white in a few weeks but other than that it's stock .

nerfs are sort of square shaped bars that are have netting on them in case of a foot slip, u wont brake a leg(has happened to my friend) or sumtin n it catches ur foot. heres a link http://24.30.111.89/graydonproline/index2.htm those are what im gettin there being shipped rite now just copy n paste it into ur adrress bar.

ooo and for that quad if he doesnt have handlebars yet i really suggest a pair of Tag T2's, Tag X5's, renthal fat bars, or pro tapers, i have the tag x5's i love them except for the croos bar cuz itz a lil hared to put ur feet through the bars.but there r a ton of other mods too its up to u i guess.

You could get him a vid or piston wheelies so he doesnt think he sucks . But after consulting the bible (dennis kirk and rock mountain mag taped togather) I would say A K&N filter, maybe a pumper carb that uses a twist throttle, Maybe different gearing if he wants mroe speed, and if money isnt a option, maybe a 250r kit

 

ok first of all dont paint it unless your using some high tech autmovie paint because regular paint will rip off in no time and it will look like total crap. second of all, if it was me id get some tag bars, ac nerf bars, an ac bumper, maybe a nice set of tires or graphics, a k&n air filter and if your feeling really nice, a set of shocks

 

love my ac nerfs.. and my dg bumper.. but for sure a nice pipe is cool

I would definately get nerf bars, then handlebars, bumper, kill switch (depends on what kind of riding he does on wheter he needs it), cut the fenders nothing you have to buy but looks a hella lot better..... just my
