the predator is very quick. the new yfz beats it off the start and will beat it in the grass drags, but the predator is faster at high end. I clocked mine while riding next to a honda 954 and his speedo read 79mph. I love the predator the shocks are fox and can be rebuilt it has steel braided brake lines, wave rotors, douglas .190 wheels and maxxis razor tires. very stable in the air and awsome in the corners. if you want a quad that you can wheelie very easy don't buy the predator. don't get me wrong it can wheelie good but the predator was built to squat and go. Its also about 3 inchs longer than the raptor. when I bought the predator I was also looking at the raptor. The dealer told me that they are pretty similar but if you want reverse go with the raptor.
