Do some wrist curls while watching TV. It will really help with arm pump. Rest you forearm on an arm rest while holding a small weight palm up. Lift your hand up and down without lifting your fore arm. This will help strengthen the muscles used for operating the machine. Good luck in yo race!!

hey dont hit anyone in the *** like i did. it was my first race to last lap and i went into a corner way to fast and smoked a guy. end result is two end over end cartwheels, broken rear plastic, and broken tie rod end. But for my first race i did great. It was nice being center of attention instead of just watching. As far as tips check and double check every thing on your quad Ex) Fluids Chain, and all nuts and bolts. Oh yeah bring plenty of tools and extra parts. Hey have a great time i did. When i raced though i did flat track, nuttin but speed.

Yeah check the little things for sure.....Ryan (Redrizza) ended up missing out on 1st for the season in NEATVMX Expert class because his air filter came loose....fluke.

I'm sure you will do great though....You'll learn a lot and keep getting better.

1. be careful u don't get landed on on the big mx jumps
2. hold your line
3. sometimes in order to go faster you need to go slower and get a rythem going through stuff.
4. let the quad move around a bit but don't be affraid to tighten up the rains when she starts getting rough
5. keep your front end light
6. In corners point your inside knee pointed to where you wanna end up out of the corners
7. try not to get to nervous and beleive me if its ur first race ur gonna be nervous lol.
8. use lots of body english very little of it is just steering and using the gas and brakes. Cuz if you do just that your gonna get urself in some scary situations on the jumps and your gonna have to go a lot slower.

Good luck, be careful.

Ive been racing for about a year now with TQRA texoma quad racing association. You may already know about them but if you do not they have a ladies class that my wife races in. You can go to www.tqra.com for more info. Village creek is the first race of the year. We'll see ya there!
