i hook my foot under the frame on my 400 EX when i do them....its kinda hard but looks good...Merk from Control Coalition told me about that lil secret.

i could not open it....i also grab the frame right on the edge of the seat sometimes i mean it isnt a actual no hander but it is....kinda.....

voodooanimal or something like that has a pic of a no-handed 12 but he took the nets out on both sides of the nerfs and kinda hooked his foot up at the front of the bars.

I would think that if you did a no hander using your hands, it would no longer be a no hander.
