Hey Ryan i got like 6 inches of snow at my house cuz i live next to the lake. We need to fire up the sleds and ripp it on the trails. Hopefully it will stay for the weekend.Hey i saw liz at Ri-Ras Sat nite,where were u at?

RedRizza's Pappy has the new RX-1....should be pretty sweet.

We gotta meet on the lake so I can test the 'ol Mach Z out against it.

As for snowfall here Ryan, we got probably 8-10 inches in Montgomery and I guess it has been snowing like crazy all day.

Hopefully taking the sled out tonight....yeah baby. Can't wait.

I've read in a couple places that it has a top speed of 138(radar).:devil That's friggin movin. He was supposed to take it out today but ended up workin, so he says he will take it out tomorrow. I'm gunna try to get some pics of it in the snow soon. I'll try and post em.

they make a turbo kit already for the R1 snow mobile that pushes 200 hp. Holy ****.

I heard the only problem w/ the RX-1 sled is that it has a tough time starting cold. Yamaha actually had to do a gear reduction, cause the thing was burning the belts up! HOLY POWER!

Ive never even ridden a sled. I wana buy one & pull wheelies.

 

What's up my fellow CVBz(and the rest of ya'll). I hunted up in Elmore for the past 3 days and they got about 10inches of snow. I've already been sledding on my cousins 01' EDGE X 600. No studs/no scaggs/10inch of snow=not too much fun... but enough! He hasn't put in the studs or scaggs yet, but it still rips across the field real nice.

Therriault... I'd re-think that thought about your pops sled smoking everything! I've heard/read otherwise! You must be reading that Yamaha only review! I'll give it one thing though...it's faster than mine!

 

Actually, two mag articles and one personal review I've read online said that. Yamaha hasn't said **** about it yet. So re-think this.

 

Actually, I've seen different on TV, in mags, and online. Just saying that there are production sleds this year that will give the RX-1 a run fo it's $! ONE OF THEM IS EVEN ANOTHER YAMAHA!!! I hear that the SRX700 is beating the RX-1 till top end, then that 4 stroke goes right on by. But common... you ain't gonna beat a 4stroke on top end anyway... that's what they're built for!

So suck on that ******!

 

Yeah, I've heard that the 2stokes are faster to around 50mph. Than after that I guess the 4stroke pulls way harder and dusts the 2strokers. I just like the other features of it. Aluminum chassis, a-arm front end (looks mysteriously like a quad front end?), the dual exhaust out the back looks , but I especially like the sound, no 2stroke smell, and the 300 miles to 1 tank of gas. My pops will be laughin at all his 2stroke buddies at every gas station


Ah, drag racing is for pussies anyways. What skill does that show? That you have a fast thumb and can hold on? ****, I practice that **** every night thinking about Hazen's mom.
