400ex vs warrior

I have never owned a quad before and want to get one. I have a honda 200m and a kdx 200 and love doing wheelies, burnouts, and endos (not the 200m) on them. I was just wondering which quad (400ex or Warrior) would be better for this type of riding. If somebody could help me out it would be great. Thanks.

you know not that this helps much, but....
im trying to decide the same thing. im looking at either a 400ex or a warrior and so far my mind is set with the warrior. because i do like yammy's. also im planning on doing some trail riding besides stunting, and the reverse will come in handy for the "oh **** cant go there" moments....lol. i do believe some EX's have reverse but the one im trying to decide between does not have reverse.

In my opinion, go with the EX. No it does not have reverse, but has a great balance point. Everyone one from our crew races or stunts the 400EX and swears by it. Yes there are better machines hitting the market, but they cost a whole lot more. The Suzuki 400Z has reverse and a simular balance point with more power, but it'll put a bigger dent in your wallet than the Honda. Yeah nreyes is right! I had a blaster and I started doin the crazy shiat my 1st couple days. Sooo easy to find the balance point. If your starting out and like yamahas, then you'll definatly have nothing to lose.

I did a twelve on my buddies warrior 5 minutes into riding it. Parked it. Very easy to wheelie and balance. Never rode a 400ex though.

the balance point on the 400ex is sick. If I had it to do over I might get the z400 for the reverse though.

Comparing my 01 400ex to my friend's 03 warrior...
the warrior is a pig - slow acceleration, sloppy suspension, and not to mention ugly as hell (whats with those frog-lookin headlights)
my 400 got LOTs-o-power and its completely stock, awesome balance point, great suspension, revs higher and has a LOT more *****
overall the warrior 350 v . 400ex is like comparing a harley to a Hayabusa IMHO

warrior is in my opinion not even a choice to be considered. They were great in their day but now so outdated it isnt funny...they are slow, cumbersome ugly tanks...and I am a huge Yamaha fan...the 400ex is waaaayy better...reverse is nice tho, thats why i bought the raptor...

He's exactly right. Who in the hell ever told you to buy a warrior??? Dude a 400 ex blows warriors away..they are dependable, can be real fast with right mods and are the best trick quads made...but I must say if I could afford to buy one of those yamaha yzf 450, I would.
