Re: z400 exhaust

Yoshi's pipes are good..

But pretty much any aftermarket pipe i have seen are loud as ****.

Pipe and stage 2 jet kit will give it some extra juice though

Going down a tooth up front is good for better acceleration also.

Yoshimura, pretty loud, gave my KFX a nice boost with the Dynojet kit...

Re: z400 exhaust

i put a fmf powercore slip on on my kfx400 i really didnt see any big power gain. it is loud as **** but it does sound sweet. the only thing about is was that it was a little long and when i scraped the bar i scraped the end cap too...so now i dont have an end cap. if u do go aftermarkwt just dont jet it if u want to do any smooth slow wheelies. jets seem to really **** that up.

Re: z400 exhaust

I'm running the Yosh TriMetal carbon Comp series and the pipe is the ****, power up the *** and sounds great. Don't even worry about jet kits just throw the pipe on.
