I was just wondering what the best exhaust is performance wise for the yfz 450?

Looney Tuned Exaust sells a dual exaust kit, 12 hp peak, 7 at bottom end and 9 mid range, mid pipes made out of medical grade 304 stainless steel, head pipes are ceramic coated and the silencers are T6061 polished aluminum along with the end caps whole system goes for $730

 

that also includes jet kit also and the hardware

 

i had the GYT-R on mine. i heard horror stories of them blowing apart, but i never had that problem w/ mine. i was pleased w/ the sound/look of it and i got a pretty good power gain out of it.

 

Not to hijack the thread but that reminds me of a funny story of the teal monster. One night of trying to start the bitch I decided it must be flooded so rather than remove the spark plug which was a pain in the *** to get to I sprayed about a 1/4 can of starting fluid down the air induction under the seat and sat down wthout the seat on. Upon its first fire I had a torched *** and a piece of the now disinigrated exaust pipe in my leg. The end!

Moral of the story is, there are only two things that burn my ***, 2 strokes with too much either in them and little annoying girls who want to start relationships.

 

i have a trinity racing exhaust i gained huge, but ive heard SPARKS, AND NMOTION are really good too

dude the list is huge but there is no such thing as the "best" it all depends what type of riding ur doing...
nmotion is typically top 3 on any build and use(unless its a srtictly drag bike of corse)
