I don't know if i must made my bar or use the original bar.

Polaris Predator 500 de 2003.

I do not know if a grab bar fixed by the 4 screws will be rather solid or if I must weld it onto the "framework" ( i don't know if it's the good word, in french we said " faux cadre ")

I love my bar It's 3 pieces of steel welded together one round pipe across the back and two flat pieces down the side hooked to the bar with u-bolts and screws two on each side it hooks to the stock grab bar and it is just like a street bike bar except the grind part is round so I don't catch an edge.

on my blaster i just have a customm bar that is thicker at the part that bolts to the frame so it wont bend. ive scraped alot and its still good!

Sorry man I don't, but don't weld anything to your frame. U-bolts are solid, I hit my bar hard it does'nt move bend or brake.
