Re: Proper circles?

his ramp was a brick or two...and a 4 or 5 foot bookshelf (is what it looked like )...LOL

and dont worry about cheatin'.... cause once someone "gets them"..(no matter how they initially learned them)..they wont need a ramp...they'll just be able to yank 'em up :YEAH

going from bicycle to wheelie is how most people get one wheel....but it only lasts for very short time and distances....It is he who can Find a BP in the middle of that transition there....that will be King...he who can wheelie the quad on One wheel.

dudes from michigan also built a rear bar that was 4 feet wide...and slightly curved fwd at the ends(the last 5 inches on each side)

some have used small hills to initiate them (I think thats how austin has gotten 180's)

and Nate (meankfx on quadstuntz) used that 2 bricks and a 5 foot board...and rode a BP slow wheelie and rode his right rear tire over the board....and it tipped him into a circle....he turned about 100 or 120 degrees (very smoothly , i might add)...and then tipped inward and the quad stepped out and lowsided very quickly.

does anyone have a working link to meankfx's vid that they could post so we could see what all the hype is (lol)

im wondering what kind of tires he was using, 'cuz i still say you will need a round profile tire to make it work...

i think its great people are trying it... and lets see some action pics... or better yet... VIDS!!!

Yea Bro , We talked about that last year i think, when i was restoreing it at the time. It's at my uncles house now. I ran out of room with a one car garage
Mine is a stripped down L model changed up alittle. Got some group foto's on my other pc. I'll post them if i can find any.

This is what it looked like in stock form before I changed it up for off road. I realy wanted to get into vintage off road raceing ??

Re: Proper circles?

ok i have been working hard on the circle i dont know if round tires would help im on street tires but you have to be moving to fast to get all the way around still at half and tip over if i go any faster.
