Sit down no hander

I'm sure this has probably been coverd already,but where does everyone hook in(Z400) when doing a sit down no hander?. Just trying to figure this out. Thanks ahead for any wisdom.

nope, i've given up on them, lol. and i have cranked my idle, i put my idle in every position posible......and nothing. i tried standing up no handers though, never sitdowns. i was told they were a bit tougher and to start w/ standing ones. i HAVE brake control too, so its not that. idk, just cant get'em and gave up.

yeah sitting down it always feels like your going to fall off. i agree with chad stand up no handers are way easier. i cant even do a one hander sit down.

were pretty hard to learn on my trx450 cuz the **** didnt like to go slow, but i got them. then when i got a Z the **** is damn easy

Thanks for all the wisdom guys. I've been able to sit down no throttle hand. Tried a few different places to try and hook my foot(under peg,nerf bar,frame)none really felt right,so just wanted to get an idea what everyone is using..again thanks
