ok i only read a few but i hope some one said the real purpose for them is when your raceing some one else tires done get stuck in between there, there not ment for when you fall just put your feet there, they mightwork but do it a few times and im sure they will snap,

:::THAT'S FALSE::: i lost some bolts puttin nerf bars on my old 'zuke and ended up just leavin the footpeg off and i had nothing to put my right foot on but the net, and i rode it like that for about a year, no snappage whatsoever. and they were even the cheap DG ones.

now i got AC pro-pegs baby! the pegs are good for stand ups

 

then i stand corrected, but i may be wrong again but isent DG made from thicker metal maby not but i think soo, ive had aluminum ones and they break really easy
