Yeah, I'm not saying you guys are wrong or anything I'm just saying this from the experience I had racing the 3 different raptors. The only thing that you could say was different on my quad is the spark arrestor is cut off. One of the guys that was on the 660 did say he raced but when t came to putting the money where his mouth is, his expereince didn't pay off.

im not saying a kfx or a z cant beat a raptor but i checked today and a z stock has 28 hp and a rappy 700 has 47 and the raptor is like 20 lbs heavier so in top speed no contest raptor whats your kfx's top speed sixty something right 700 is high 70's close to 80 so the faster bike is the raptor

kinda reviving a dead thread... but... there is not a single quad i have come against in this town that will run my stock 2004 YFZ450....
I have a friend with a mean 250r that may... but we have yet to find out. Every other bike has nothing on the 450.... at least from what I have seen and people who have ridden mine get off and go "Whoa ****.... These are a kick in the pants!"

MY ADVICE TO YOU.......MOD IT!!! you will love that quad THAT much more my friend!!!

I have that mean low down bog that they all come with stock still... kills me.
But your happy with all the GYT-R parts? I may just have to get that stuff... (fuel screw, jet kit, pipe and header).... Still want nerf bars first though...
BUt im putting a lot of money into my Trans Am right now so that stuff will have to wait a lil while...
