My new project.

I finally got a bike. A wrecked 2002 R6 from an insurance auction. Don't be afraid of the pics. Just needs a little bit of work. Sorry Josh, don't think I'll be gettin your bike.

Not very much comparatively. Depending on year, size, and damage, they can go from 2000 to 3000. I'm not going to say how much exactly I paid, but it was about as much as I paid for my 96 warrior.

Damn that sucks. next time keep receipts of that stuff and tell your agent. they'll up your premium a little bit but it'll be worth it.

Re: My new project.

Nah I prefer minty.

Since this thread has restarted, I need y'alls opinion. As you can see the bike is red from the factory. All of the plastics I bought are blue. I can't decide which color to paint it now.

Re: My new project.

OK it seems like red is unanimous. Too many blue bikes of all brands around. I think I will also peel the stickers off and do the same design but paint the graphics black with maybe a blue or purple pearl. So it'll still be along the lines of the stock scheme with a personal touch.

Re: My new project.

I'm building it to resell probably. So something fairly respectable is prefered.
