i found a mod simalar to barrys.......
FU(K..........i just found rust forming behind my A-arm brackets, and in a few other places on my frame........FU(K so i guess i'll save up the money and have my tech strip the thing down to the frame, have a gusset kit installed, and have it powder coated........

I have cracked my frame twice. I had to go to a professional welder and have him do up some welds for me. I havent had many problems since but i too do notice rust forming on parts of the frame. I guess thats the punishment we get for riding out quads ahrd.
