liek the title.. I need pics o 12bars. I'm makin myown in manufactoring. Also what size steel should i use?

I don't know how to explain it, but the angle you'll need for the plate can be found by taking a piece of flat steel, placing it agains the rear edge of the rear tire then rotating it up till it intersects where you want the 12 bar to stop, or if it's going to be a true 12 bar, then it needs to be perfectly vertical and directly over the rear edge of the rear tire.

The 04 has a bolt on grab bar.

 

i like that 12bar on the kfx. its not exactly a true 12bar, but it looks pretty solid! Did you just weld that on to the subframe?
