so i just bought an 02 400ex but its kindof beat. i wanna add a few things to make it a bit nicer. i figured id ask around here before i went on an ebay shopping spree.

it needs a new right front rim cause its not holding air. either one rim or a cheap whole set will do

maybe some aftermarket bars

needs new plastics

so if you got any parts lyin around let me know cause i might be able to use them and give you a decent price. thanks

 

Good luck finding used parts none here. Save your old plstics for off road. out the new sht for stuntn.Cut fenders,cool grafics n stickers. Post up some pics when your finish

I use fenders when muddy.lucky have to keep it off my hands that realy sucks most the time don't need them seem to get me hung up on braches and crap woods racin.I realy think they look cool cut though.bad pi but if ther cut right looks

 

fenders are usually cut for FMX or when you jump big because then you can see the landing more easily.

I'm sure theres more reasons too.

 

A lot of it is just looks. Its good to have the full fender for XC because of all the mud but for MX you dont really need the full fenders.
