just depends where you are, or who it's from 200 can be good or a bad price. i hate when people get their, "$20 cuz my buddy did it in his house for his first tattoo" and expect pro's to do it for that price. But i can see where that could have been too much (so i'm not starting a SL fight). I'm too drunk for that.
