New Sticker Design!?!
New Sticker Design!?!
Here is a rough draft of some new Redline Extreme stickers made possible by SCRAP at SYCINK . It's basically the same as the new shirt logo, but removed the siloute for simplicity reasons and added "Treme" next to the "X". The basic www.Redline-Extreme.com stickers will be seperate from this one.

These will probally be a smaller stick, we will have to make one custom for your truck, I am going to do my camero when I get it back to so we could probally do them both at the same time!!!!!!

Thats cool I like that one too, I just want it to say Redline on it somewhere cause no one is going to know what RLX is **** after a long day I would have to think about it!!!!!!!

Jesse, I will see if scrap can space out the RL and put in "ED" afer the "R" and "INE" after the "L". Probably be in the same context as the "TREME". Just trying not to complicate the sticker too much. It would basically be the same concept as "PBR".....Pure Breed Riders. Eventualy people will catch on to what the RLX means. But we will see what scrap can come up with.

Sweet but like you said lets try not to complicate it to much!!!
Re: New Sticker Design!?!
I like the second one. It is simple and to the point; just like a logo should be. The more sh*t (characters , silhouette) and letter you add the more it loose is logo feel. If you are handing them out as stickers chances are the people will know what RLX stands for, if not tell them. The point of the logo is to have it simple enough for you to put it on anything and everything. You also need to be able to scale it up or down easily. To me the second image works perfectly for those criteria. The most successful and recognizable logos are the simple ones: nike, apple computer, McDonolds, list goes on.
Just my
take them for what they are worth.

I definetly like #2, but like Ashley said I don't think I would have known it was suppose to look like a tact if you wouldn't have told me.
On the way home tonight, I saw someone using the tact in a sticker on their car and it had just a little more detail to make it look more like tact.

OK, ya'll want the method behind the madness? Here it is. First off, I'm glad ya'll are dig'n the design. Like Foto said. Simplisity is key, not only for printing purposes but just to make it eye catching and memorable. As for the tach line, thicken' it up a bit might work actually. As for spelling out the name. I played with it befor I handed it over to Jimmy. I had it spelled out inside the letters, in between the letters, etc. It looks like crap. Just totally loses the flow. Also, if you think in the grand scheme of things, ya'll are refurd to as REDLINE, the extreme typically gets droped in reference. So, with redline now being a visual image and Xtreme being punched up the connection will be made. And once you start promoting it, it'll become second nature. That's my excusse and I'm stick'n to it
and BTW, Jesse. It's spelled CAMARO!!! You illiterate ****!
